Sales Manager

in the Field of Agricultural Machinery

     Responsibilities:

  • Work in the following areas: sale of engines, test equipment and components for agricultural machinery, promotion of projects for the modernization and reconstruction of enterprises for the production of agricultural machinery;
  • Negotiations and interaction with key clients, consulting the company's clients in the CIS countries;
  • Study of the agricultural machinery market;
  • Search and attraction of potential clients;
  • Preparation of presentations and technical and commercial proposals;
  • Planning and coordination of resources and team work;
  • Performing other tasks of the General Manager.

 

     Requirements:

  • Work experience 3-8 years;
  • Engineering degree or degree in the field of marketing;
  • Technical knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering (tractor and combine construction, in particular);
  • Experience in sales;
  • Experience in working with large manufacturers of agricultural machinery in the Republic of Belarus;
  • Experience in working with tenders, experience in preparing tender documents;
  • Customer focus, communication and presentation skills;
  • Communication skills, creativity, attentiveness, striving for development in the profession;
  • Willingness to work in multitasking mode, self-organization, efficiency;
  • Speaking skills;
  • Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
